Mmmmm tastes like Friday

Friday is the best day of the week. Period. The subway is always less crowded. People are more relaxed. There’s more of a casual feel when people exit and enter the train, and people are generally less pissy.

Plus there’s the added bonus that it is in fact the last day of the work week.

I think many people just go straight out after work. How they get to wherever they go after work is a mystery though. The subway is typically less crowded after work on a Friday. Maybe it is because people start leaving the office earlier, so the load is more balanced. Who knows. \

So as long as we can keep the crazies off the tracks, today should turn out to be a great transit day. Of course, with my luck, there will be a power failure at my stop!
