Odd Subway Sex Assault

Posted on July 5th, 2007 by The SUBWAYblogger in Crime, Scary People

Note to self ladies:  Don’t pass out drunk on the subway platform and expect not to be felt up.

Jasiri Walloe, 32, was arrested early Friday after the brazen assault, cops said.

Walloe found the victim passed out on a bench at 5 a.m. at the Brooklyn Bridge station, police said. He allegedly began kissing and fondling the intoxicated woman.

When a No. 6 train pulled in, Walloe scooped her up and carried her aboard. Walloe took her off the train at Spring Street, cops said.

Another rider grew suspicious and followed the two off the train. Walloe took the woman into a vestibule at 214 Mulberry St. where he removed her shorts and underwear, police said. He then fondled and molested her, waking her up, police said. Walloe allegedly began to bolt, but was caught a short distance away by police who had been called by the witness.

Yeeeeeeah…weird.  First of all, what the hell are you doing passed out at a subway stop at 5am?   What happened to your friends?  Your drunk ass totally got ditched.  It was probably to the point where no one wanted to deal with you sh*t anymore.  But I bet they didn’t think you were going to get raped.

How drunk do you have to be to not wake up while being carted off onto a subway train, then taken into a vestibule, stripped naked, and fondled?  By the way, what the hell is a subway vestibule?  Are there secret rooms or spaces I was unaware of?

I’m not saying she had it coming, but people need to stop being idiots.

The vestibule was after they’d left the subway. I assume it was in an apartment building.

I’m sensing some anti-women sentiment here, dear subwayblogger. first you insinuate that if you’re barely conscious because you decided to drink a little and have fun (and because your friends, who i assume you meant were dumn females who didn’t even want to stay with their friend) then you deserve to be carted off and molested.

the post before that basically implies that any woman on birth control is a slut.

so, I’m wondering: are you a woman hater or just insensitive?

Probably both :-) . But no, I was not saying that I think women on the pill are sluts. I WAS saying that conservatives are going to automatically think that. Especially the ones that are birth control phobic, etc.

Also, not MY friends. I’m assuming she didnt go out for the night on her own.

Lastly, I am saying that it’s not much of a shock. Drunk woman in subway passes out and gets fondled. It’s about as shocking as people that go jogging in the park at midnight and get mugged.

    To Lee:
No, women who are on birth control are not sluts. Women are single and on birth control are whores, not sluts. Sluts are the women who let me have my way with them without having specifically pre-planned it like the whores on birth control. I hope this clears it up for you.

This is odd, obviously…but, it hurts me for the fact that there were parts of this story in which…well, heck…i just wanted to laugh. Yes, ima female. But, i do generally feel bad for that woman, but its a little ignorant to pass out in a subway @ 5 am. I mean, dont get me wrong, that guy was totally wrong, but i just wish that that woman wouldve had better sense to not pass out in a subway.

If he'd have acted drunk too the witness wouldn't have thought anything of it. That chick is lucky she's not dead, and I feel sorry for Jasiri. Yeah, maybe he thought he'd get lucky with it, but she wasn't a corpse like people are insinuating. He's spending the next 12 years locked up over this B.S.

It’s unusual for me to find something on the internet that’s as entertaining and intriguing as what you’ve got here. Your page is sweet, your graphics are outstanding, and what’s more, you use source that are relevant to what you’re saying. You’re certainly one in a million, good job!

I am grateful for your post. I’d really like to comment that the tariff of car insurance varies from one policy to another, due to the fact there are so many different facets which bring about the overall cost. As an example, the model and make of the car will have a massive bearing on the price. A reliable outdated family car will have a less expensive premium compared to a flashy performance car.

I really believe that a foreclosure can have a important effect on the client’s life. Property foreclosures can have a Six to several years negative effect on a applicant’s credit report. A borrower who’s applied for a home loan or any kind of loans for that matter, knows that the worse credit rating is actually, the more difficult it is to have a decent mortgage. In addition, it could affect a borrower’s capacity to find a reasonable place to let or rent, if that gets the alternative houses solution. Good blog post.

Thanks for this glorious article. One other thing is that nearly all digital cameras can come equipped with the zoom lens so that more or less of a scene to become included through ‘zooming’ in and out. All these changes in focusing length are usually reflected in the viewfinder and on large display screen at the back of your camera.

One more thing. In my opinion that there are many travel insurance web sites of reputable companies that let you enter your trip details and find you the quotations. You can also purchase an international holiday insurance policy online by using your credit card. All that you should do would be to enter your own travel particulars and you can be aware of the plans side-by-side. Simply find the program that suits your financial budget and needs and after that use your bank credit card to buy the idea. Travel insurance on the web is a good way to check for a respected company pertaining to international travel cover. Thanks for expressing your ideas.

Also a thing to mention is that an online business administration diploma is designed for learners to be able to well proceed to bachelors degree courses. The 90 credit education meets the lower bachelor college degree requirements and once you earn your associate of arts in BA online, you will possess access to the latest technologies on this field. Several reasons why students want to be able to get their associate degree in business is because they are interested in the field and want to get the general education and learning necessary before jumping in to a bachelor diploma program. Many thanks for the tips you really provide inside your blog.

I believe avoiding packaged foods is a first step to be able to lose weight. They could taste very good, but prepared foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more in order to have enough electricity to get through the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, moving over to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more power while consuming less. Interesting blog post.

Thanks for the points shared on the blog. Yet another thing I would like to convey is that fat reduction is not all about going on a celebrity diet and trying to reduce as much weight as possible in a couple of weeks. The most effective way to burn fat is by consuming it gradually and obeying some basic recommendations which can make it easier to make the most from your attempt to shed weight. You may realize and already be following a few of these tips, yet reinforcing understanding never hurts.

Thanks for discussing your ideas with this blog. Additionally, a fantasy regarding the banking companies intentions whenever talking about home foreclosure is that the financial institution will not have my installments. There is a fair bit of time in which the bank can take payments here and there. If you are very deep within the hole, they may commonly call that you pay the particular payment in full. However, i am not saying that they will not take any sort of payments at all. If you and the lender can find a way to work a thing out, the actual foreclosure process may cease. However, in the event you continue to skip payments in the new program, the home foreclosure process can just pick up exactly where it was left off.
