How rude we are etc. I never hear people say how they approached the station agent in the booth with a nasty attitude and cursed them out over something the employee has no control. Like the idiot bitch that buys a single fare from the vending machine everyday and manages to screw that up. I do my job to the best of my ability considering what we have to deal with day in day out. As usual another hater of MTA workers, I get so tired of reading all the complaints against us. They should be stripped of the union raise that is just handed to them, and it should be given to other workers that actually manage to stay AWAKE during their shift.
