		<description>It&#039;s still incredibly embarrassing that our stations don&#039;t tell us when the next train is arriving (except the L) and that over a hundred of them don&#039;t have PA systems, still. This &quot;state of the art&quot; technology (circa 1990 maybe) is in nearly every other city. Can we fix that maybe, please?</description>
