I believe avoiding packaged foods will be the first step in order to lose weight. They will taste excellent, but prepared foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more to have enough energy to get throughout the day. Should you be constantly having these foods, moving over to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more energy while taking in less. Interesting blog post.
