(http://www.google.com/transit) Although not technically a subway map because it only marks your path and not other lines, it gives directions similar to hopstop and includes google's satellite images, and you can also get bus directions to locations outside nyc in the tri-state area. If gives PATH train directions if applicable too. I’d like to add google transit to this list. (http://www.google.com/transit)
